FILTER/MEMBRANE REPLACEMENT

Keep your reverse osmosis system up and running smooth with a new reverse osmosis water filter. Your reverse osmosis water filter plays a crucial role in your reverse osmosis filtration system, so it’s important to change it out periodically (ideally once every 6-12 months). By doing so, you’ll *extend the life of* not only your entire reverse osmosis system but also the life of your *RO membrane*.

SANITATION/ REPRESSURIZE R.O SYSTEM & TANK

If you notice any issues with your R.O, the first thing you should do is check the weight of the reverse osmosis drinking water storage tank. If the tank is heavy (feels full of water) then pressurizing would be the right solution. If the tank is light (feels empty) then the issues may be the filter or membrane may need to be replaced.

WHOLE HOME FILTER REPLACEMENT

Certain whole house water filter components contain filters that need to be regularly replaced in order to continue functioning correctly. These filters are trapping sediments and debris, so they may become clogged with these substances after months of use. If they become too clogged, it becomes difficult for water to pass through. Being diligent about replacing your filters (Commonly every 3 -12 months depending on the system) will keep your Whole House Water Filter operating at optimal performance.

SOFTENER RESIN REPLACEMENT

The number one reason to replace your resins is because they have been damaged by years of exposure to chlorinated “city” water. After about 10 years ( can be much sooner, or a bit later ) the resins “swell” and then they break down. They become so fragmented the “fines” collecting at the bottom distributor start to restrict the water pressure through the resin tank. This is generally how you “know” you need new resins.
